PROCESS DELIVERY SPECIALIST-RISK & COMPLIANCE

• The role Process Delivery Specialist – Risk & Compliance at IBM involves ensuring that business processes are compliant with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies, particularly in relation to risk management.
• Risk Management that involves to identify and assess risks related to IBM’s business operations, systems, and processes.
• Ensure that IBM’s operations comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and government standards.
• Collaborate with teams to design and improve business processes to meet compliance and reduce risks.
• Document compliance processes and risk management activities.
• Work with various teams (e.g., legal, IT, finance) to ensure compliance and risk-related tasks are being handled effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant compliance frameworks and regulations, such as GDPR, SOX, or ISO standards.
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could potentially impact the business, as well as ensuring that the company’s processes are compliant with legal, financial, and operational standards.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Analysts engage in risk, compliance, and financial crimes projects to serve Promontory clients within the banking and finance industry – helping them meet and exceed regulatory expectations.
• Analysts are expected to positively contribute to Promontory’s success in a variety of areas, including BSA, anti-money laundering surveillance and reporting assistance, OFAC sanctions compliance, and other areas relevant to today’s heightened regulatory climate.
• Analysts must possess excellent writing, research, analytical, and critical thinking skills, and other applicable experience that leads to success in the role, such as strong work ethic and natural curiosity. Analysts must be able to judiciously analyze, assess, and write clearly and concisely.
• The nature of this work requires individuals to be flexible, learn new skills, work within time constraints, and meet uncompromising quality requirements and production expectations while working closely with others in a dynamic team environment.

Preferred technical and professional experience: Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, accounting, finance, or other related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience that is required for the specific job level.
