The associate should work simultaneously on different projects which is a regular routine. Working as a team and maintaining an aligned vision is critical to be ahead of the competition. The company handles license brands and private labels across the categories.
Job Principal Responsibilities:
The associate should conduct market research and trend analysis to build seasonal concepts and trends every season.
These cases may include:
- Should design and develop seasonal collections of Denim category products.
- Need to develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target customers.
- The associate should have excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Should collaborate with cos functional teams including sourcing, Buying and Raw material and trims.
- Create Moodboards, Techpacks, Artworks and Trims for seasonal and QTM collections.
- Involving in regular analysis of product catalogue and contents.
- Need stay up-to-date with emerging trends.
- Should have proficiency in Adobe creative cloud specifically Illustrator and photoshop.
- Should meet all the delivery timelines of all the processes involved from concept to product go live.
