Job Role: Network Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Validate order as per the scope of work. Network Configuration Mandatory attributes assignment and validation.
- Coordinate with order managers to finalize on the exact scope before configuration build.
- Review the network design shared by design team. Built network configuration as per the scope and design.
- Join customer edge device activation calls, lead the call and deploy the required device configuration.
- Coordinating with Level-2 tech’s for complex issues. Troubleshooting on network issues coordinating with various stakeholders.
Qualification:
For this Network Engineer role, candidates are required to have any graduate in any stream and with exceptional communication skills. Freshers are eligible for this role.
Shift Timings:
Rotational shift with rotational week offs (working flexibility on weekends is required).
